What data do we collect?
We collect information you voluntarily provide to us – for example through our contact form, event registrations, or by email. This may include your name, email address, company name, and phone number.
We also automatically collect technical data when you visit our website: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is collected via cookies and similar technologies.
Why do we process your data?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Retention and deletion
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Data from contact forms is deleted no later than 2 years after the last interaction, unless a business relationship requires longer retention.
Technical log data is typically deleted after 12 months.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent. In certain cases we use data processors (e.g. hosting partners, CRM systems, and analytics tools) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
If legally required – e.g. by a court or public authority – we may disclose data without prior consent.
